Betiltották FRISS BONTÁS - Festmények az év minden hónapjából c. kiállításomat, melynek megnyitója május 22-én szerdán, 18.00 órakor lett volna a Ferencvárosi Pincegalériában.
A kiállításhoz meghívó készült digitális formában, amit május 16-án csütörtökön a galériát fenntartó intézmény, a Ferencvárosi Müvelödési Központ e-mailen szét is küldött. Másnap, május 17-én délelött a Ferencvárosi Müvelödési Központ megbízott igazgatója telefonon tájékoztatott, hogy a csatolt meghívó képi és poétikai anyaga botrányos és erkölcstelen.
Konkrétan: Pünkösd idején nem való félmeztelen bennszülöttekkel, pénteki gyomorrákkal, valamint a testnevelésórák komolyságának megkérd?jelezésével megzavarni a megtisztulni vágyó Nagyérdemüt.
Mivel a meghívókat én is, barátaim is már csütörtök este továbbítottuk, a kiállítás eredeti idöpontjában és helyszínén ( május 22-én. szerdán 18:00 órától 1095, Mester u. 5., Ferencvárosi Pincegaléria) várok mindenkit.
Várom azokat is, akik a kiállításmegnyitóra nem jöttek volna el, de tiltakozni kívánnak a müvészi szabadság megsértése és a cenzúra ellen.

"DEMOLISHED DECONSTRUCTION
The IX. District of Budapest (Ferencváros) Municipality banned Marci Dés’ exhibition titled FRESH DECONSTRUCTION – Paintings from every months of the year. The Ferencvárosi Müvelödési Központ –supporting institution of the gallery– sent out the invitations the week prior to the opening (16 May). The following day the artist was informed by the Managing Director of the institution that the poetic and visual content of the digitalized invitation is scandalous and immoral. The explanation in details: at the time of Pentecost it is highly inappropriate to disturb those who are yearning for purgation with half-naked aborigines and a poem about the days of the week (‘The seven deadly sins’) questioning the seriousness of Wednesday’s gym classes (FYI: government seriously raised the weekly number of gym classes) or mentioning Friday’s pancreatic cancer.
After the prohibition local government’s staff marched into the gallery with the aim of inspecting the paintings form a moral point of view. They informed the artist that the exhibition could still be organized a week later, with restrictions as follows: a government-friendly invitation and a decorous selection of the paintings. The same day invitees received an e-mail from the Municipality explaining the exhibition was cancelled due to technical reasons.
There will be a demonstration at the same place and the same time of the original exhibition. The artist invites anyone who finds outrageous such violation of artistic freedom and state censorship. Those who want to show understanding, solidarity and resistance or simply interest are welcome at the location: 1095 Budapest, Mester utca 5., 22 May, 6 pm.
Marci Dés (Budapest, 1987) paints, draws and writes poems. He is studying at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts. In 2011 – 2012 he won a scholarship and attended the Stuttgart Academy of Fine Arts. Though Dés had many collective and individual exhibitions, this one at the Ferencvárosi Galéria would have been the most comprehensive one over his artwork with more than 100 pictures
